A week programme can be arranged at any time for small groups or individuals

PAULA will lead the daily meditation and yoga practice. A regular visitor to Cirale, she will share this secret paradise which has inspired her teaching and show you the natural treasures of the area.

Cirale is a rustic village situated within a conservation area. It is a valley with outstanding natural beauty and little organised tourism. the 3,2 km beach is a nesting ground for a protected species of turtle ( caretta caretta)

ACCOMODATION
Is in a small family run pension, in the village about 100m from the beach. Enjoy delicious home-cooked food prepared with tasty local produce.

DAILY YOGA PRACTICE
Whether new to yoga or more experienced; Greet the sunrise, allow the mountains to inspire your morning meditation and yoga practice. Breathe in the pure scent of orange, pine and bay trees, which sit between the beach and the mountains. Hear the sea lapping on the pebbles and if you are lucky see a baby turtle (caretta caretta) taking its first steps to the sea.

Price for those choosing not to do yoga available on request.
The community and activities during the week are ideal to support anyone wishing to come alone
